Role : Outbound Sales Executive
Location: Crewe
Hours: Full Time Mon to Fri (08.50-17.20)
Pay: £28k (experience dependent)with uncapped commission (OTE up to 40k-45k)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for anOutbound Sales Executive to join one of our longstanding clients, based in Crewe.
The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for calling customers and closing deals, earning commission for conversions whilereceiving continuousproduct training and sales support to helpdrivesuccess.
You'll be part of a vibrant sales team where hitting goals is the focus, and there's a focus on celebrating success, and where your team will help youprogress.
Must have at least one year experience in an outbound sales role

The Role:
Outbound sales calling
Promotion of own brand products
Meet and exceed individual targets
Advise on customer queries and recommend suitable products
Build relationships with customers
Accurately maintain database
The Requirements:
Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role
Naturally positive communicator - a real people person, who is a problem solver and has the ability to multi task
Confident in their own ability and enthusiastic to succeed
Team player
Attention to detail, high levels of accuracy
IT Literate and Competent with Excel
The ability to actively listen, influence and negotiate with customers
