Key Responsibilities of the Employment Lawyer role: Providing support and advice to HR Department on employment-related matters including; TUPE, Redundancy, Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, and Maternity Preparing Employment Tribunal cases for Claimant and Respondent to tight deadlines and providing representation at the Hearing The role will be a remote working arrangement.
