About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated labourer to join our client’s team. You will play a key role in supporting the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the factory
2. Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor
4. Ensure products meet quality standards
5. Support team members with general production tasks
Requirements:
6. Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not essential
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
8. A strong work ethic and attention to detail
9. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
10. Having your own Transport is beneficial due to the location
Shift Details:
11. Dayshifts – Monday to Friday
12. Start times vary from 0730 to 1000
13. 40 hours per week
14. Hourly Rate of Pay – £14.24 per hour including holiday pay
15. Increase in hourly rate after 12 weeks
16. Weekly bonus after 12 weeks
