Sales Executive
Energis is working with is a well-established company within the construction sector and is recruiting for an additional Sales Executive to join their sales team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer orders, preparing quotations, and coordinating effectively with production and delivery teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming sales queries in an efficient manner.
* Prepare and issue quotations, follow up on these, and convert successful quotes into lists for production.
* Prepare invoices and delivery notes as required.
* Track ongoing projects and keep customers informed on progress and delivery schedules.
* Check stock levels of required materials and determine accurate cost prices.
* Liaise with the transport team regarding deliveries, contacting regular customers for additional requirements.
* Resolve customer queries and delivery issues promptly and professionally.
Criteria
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration within the construction, building materials, or a related industry.
* Strong numerical and mathematical ability.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
