Role Overview
As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Source and headhunt high-quality candidates for clients in the energy sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Prepare and advise candidates for interviews and manage the offer process.
Write compelling job adverts and manage applications efficiently.
Negotiate contracts and close placements successfully.
Develop your specialist network and knowledge of the energy market.
