Role: Site Manager Location: Portadown / N.I. - church extension project Hours: Full time (Monday Friday) Pay: £45,000 £50,000 The Role: As Site Manager, you will report directly to the Contracts Manager and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations. You'll manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget, to the highest quality standards. Benefits: Enhanced Annual Leave Company Car/Van Healthcare Scheme The Role: Work closely with the Contracts Manager/Project Managers to plan the project effectively Day-to-day management of the site Reviewing performance against targets Identifying and managing potential risks and opportunities Establish and maintain storage for materials, plant and tools Managing stock to meet agreed deadlines and budget of the project The Requirements: 3 Years experience as Site Manager (A Degree / HND in a construction) Someone with the flexibility to travel (NI) Strong knowledge of latest building regulations, legislation and Health and Safety A current valid CSR / CSCS Card Have an overall broad background in construction Skills: construction health safety building regulations
