The successful candidate will lead front-end development across multiple projects, mentoring other developers and collaborating closely with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to deliver features from concept through to release.
The role requires someone who is confident contributing to technical decisions around tooling, frameworks, and architecture, while also exploring new development opportunities across emerging technologies and platforms.
Essential skills and experience
* Strong experience with Node.js
* Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
* Experience with modern front-end frameworks, preferably Vue
* Experience using version control systems such as Git and integrating with server-side technologies (.NET or similar APIs)
* Strong understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices
* Experience reviewing code and mentoring developers
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience leading projects
* Interest in developing applications across emerging and connected platforms
* Experience contributing to front-end architecture or technical strategy
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tooling
* Experience working in agile teams
