As a Site Manager, you will be entrusted with the Supervision and management of Contractors and Engineers undertaking planned works, making sure works are completed within the correct timeframe in a safe and commercially efficient manner. Including: Sub-Contractor management, Pre and Post works inspections, programme delivery, Phase Plans, liaison at all levels - including progress meetings, Health & Safety and RAMS. Ideal Site Managers will have experience in a similar position working on re-active and planned maintenance of small to large roofing refurbishments in Social Housing environments and have experience overseeing and leading internal and external labour

* Current Scaffold Inspection cert

* PASMA
* Industry Recognised Roofing qualifications
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Asbestos Awareness (Not essential)
