What You’ll Do:
As Senior Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving
revenue and forging lasting client relationships.
* Proactively source new clients through networking, research, and outreach
* Convert
leads and opportunities into confirmed business
* Set
the standard for customer service and guest satisfaction
* Share
feedback and insight in department meetings to elevate performance
* Deliver engaging client presentations and sales pitches
* Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to hotel leadership
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in hospitality sales, ideally in meetings, events, or corporate contracts
* A results-driven approach and passion for exceeding targets
* Strong relationship-building and account management skills
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to analyse market data
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as needed
* UK Drivers License Preferred
