Sales Executive - Join a Fast-Growing Skincare & Packaging Company

Are you a confident and proactive Sales Executive with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing manufacturer and supplier in the skincare and packaging industry.
As part of this ambitious and supportive team, you'll play a key role in driving sales, managing accounts, and helping grow the business through exceptional customer service and commercial insight.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Responding to new sales enquiries via phone, email, and website live chat
2. Building and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing clients
3. Producing quotations and raising sales invoices
4. Ordering packaging and print materials from suppliers
5. Preparing and dispatching skincare product sample packs
6. Supporting new and repeat product orders to meet project deadlines
7. Collaborating with Account Management and Production teams
8. Attending client sales meetings (in-person and via video call)
9. Identifying upselling and growth opportunities with existing clients
10. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project details
You'll Also Occasionally Support With:
11. Stacking and wrapping pallets
12. Opening and closing the shutter door
13. Greeting couriers with deliveries and collections
What We're Looking For:
14. Previous experience in sales and/or account management
15. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
16. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
17. Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
18. Confident using Microsoft Office and email
19. Experience with Adobe software (preferred)
20. Full UK driving licence (required)
What We Offer:
21. Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
22. Uncapped Commission - earn 10% of the profit made on each project (including both new and repeat client orders)
23. Realistic earning potential of £10,000+ per year in commission for high performers

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (37.5 hours/week)
