Our client is looking for a passionate and proactive HR professional to support the growth of the organisation by ensuring the success of its people strategies, including talent management and the development of a high-performance culture. This is a part-time position, working 3 to 4 days per week, based at the company’s office in the Godalming outskirts. As the sole HR role within the business, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Deliver all aspects of HR administration, including onboarding, HRIS management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits.
