Local Maids is a fast growing cleaning company providing high quality regular home domestic cleaning. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to help us hire reliable, professional cleaners and support our operations team. Role Overview We’re looking for someone with solid recruitment experience who understands the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we bring on cleaners who match our standards, culture, and service expectations. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for cleaner positions Manage job postings across hiring platforms Review CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews Coordinate trial shifts and onboarding Maintain candidate pipelines and update tracking systems Communicate clearly with candidates regarding expectations and next steps Work closely with the operations team to understand daily/weekly hiring needs Ensure all recruitment processes meet company standards Support with compliance, ID checks, and right to work documentation Requirements Proven recruitment experience (in-house or agency) Strong understanding of high volume or service based hiring Excellent communication and people skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Organised, proactive, and detail oriented Comfortable using recruitment software and spreadsheets Ability to assess candidate suitability quickly and effectively Experience hiring cleaners or similar service roles (preferred but not required) What We Offer Flexible part-time working hours - work within the school run !
