Your Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to run a full recruitment desk from day one:
* Candidate Management: Source, screen, and place candidates into suitable roles
* Client Relationships: Build long-term partnerships and understand hiring needs
* Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and salary benchmarks
* Negotiation: Manage offers and secure outcomes for clients and candidates
* Compliance: Ensure documentation and processes meet legal standards

Starting salary: £25k basic, with regular performance-based increases
