Site Manager - Basildon
Kitchens and Bathrooms – Social Housing
Up to £55,000 plus package – 6 Month Fixed-Term
Our client, a construction contractor, is currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division.
Projects that are being delivered will be K & B projects to street properties in the area. They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around the Basildon area.
Responsibility
* Management of sub‑contractors and direct operatives
* Lead the site team to the best of your ability
* Manage delivery of works to specification
* Have several direct reports to manage, including RLOs and office staff
* Pre‑ and post‑inspections of works
* Health & safety & quality checks
Qualifications
My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering kitchen and bathroom schemes. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
This is a fixed‑term contract which will offer great development for the successful candidate.
