About the role
You will be a key member of the Regional Management Team, providing operational support and expertise to care homes across the region. In partnership with your Regional Director, you'll support care home managers to deliver excellent service, high standards, and strong leadership. Your responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and supporting Home Managers, monitoring service quality, conducting audits, and collaborating with the quality team to develop improvement plans.
What we are looking for:
* Proven success in a Home Manager or Quality role
* Strong clinical knowledge
* Experience in leading audits and creating action plans
* Ability to adapt and work across multiple care homes with different needs
* Experience in coaching teams and analyzing clinical data for trends
