The Opportunity

As a Sponsorship Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our international cybersecurity events. This is a high‑impact, consultative sales role ideal for a motivated individual contributor eager to fast‑track their career in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be working directly with senior marketing and sales executives at leading cybersecurity firms to deliver custom event sponsorships and marketing solutions.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Identifying, engaging, and closing sponsorship deals with cybersecurity solution providers for ISMG & QG Media’s global summit and conference portfolio.
* Owning the entire sales process—from prospecting and outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and close.
* Understanding clients’ marketing and demand generation goals to craft value‑driven sponsorship packages (includes digital marketing, webinars, and private dinners).
* Using a combination of LinkedIn, cold calls, email outreach, and market research to source and qualify new leads.
* Maintaining detailed sales pipeline activity, weekly forecasts, and quarterly sales reports.
* Establishing and nurturing executive‑level relationships with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation.


What You Bring to the Table

* 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in a quota‑carrying role, ideally within cybersecurity or technology events industry.
* Proven success in new business development, with experience navigating senior‑level decision‑makers.
* Skilled in consultative selling, objection handling, and pipeline management.
* Strong communication skills and a driven, proactive mindset.
