We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Vertu SEAT and CUPRA Carlisle. This position offers a basic salary of £22,000, with the potential to earn significant commission, exceeding our on-target earnings of £45,000.
Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with a 40-hour work week, consisting of five 8-hour shifts. You will work most Saturdays, our busiest sales day, and have a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays, allowing you to relax without work commitments.
As part of our team, you will represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, providing customers with a premium experience. We offer full training and onboarding to help you succeed and maximize your earnings. Your role involves guiding customers through a seamless car buying process from initial contact to final handshake, managing the entire customer journey.

Requirements
* Minimum 12 months experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Full UK driver’s license (Manual and Automatic)
