To help us achieve this we are recruiting for a Training Business Developer to join the team three days a week.
Are you eager to learn, skilled at multitasking, and able to inspire others to engage in autism training? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
As our Training Business Developer, your responsibilities will include:
* Lead on external training growth and expansion
* Attend regular networking events to promote AU and our training service offer
* Build relationships to sell our training packages to organisations
* Establish and promote our autism accreditation scheme
* Create engaging marketing newsletters on external training opportunities and autism research
* Design new business attraction campaigns
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Proven track record of training, sales and marketing and account management
* Confident in building effective relationships and delivering targets
* An understanding of the importance of everyone having knowledge about autism and neurodiversity
* Experience creating engaging content for our marketing campaigns
