Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Wolverhampton. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, offering expert advice on suitable vehicles, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. Additional tasks include maintaining product knowledge of the latest models, conducting test drives, negotiating pricing, completing sales documentation, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
* Proven sales experience and the ability to meet sales targets
* In-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* Confidence in conducting test drives and product demonstrations
* Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
* Holder of a valid driver's license
* Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
