What You'll Be Doing
As a Real Estate Sales Executive in Dubai, you'll be working in both sales and leasing, helping clients find their dream properties in one of the world's most dynamic markets. What We're Looking For
Experience:
* Previous sales or customer service experience in a high-performing environment (Estate Agency, Car Sales, Recruitment, Retail, Door to door sales, Telesales etc.)
OR
* Background in high-end service industries such as Cabin Crew, Luxury Retail, or Hospitality
Essential Requirements:
* Fluent English speaker
* UK driving license (you'll need to convert this to a UAE license upon arrival)
* Proactive, can-do attitude and ready for an adventure!
* Money-motivated and results-driven mindset
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Resilience and passion for building lasting client relationships
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive yet supportive environment
