A Reservations Sales Agent is the primary contact for room reservations, offering excellent service and influencing guest decisions.
What will I be doing?
As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will serve as the first contact for room reservations, providing excellent customer service, options, and solutions to meet guest needs. Responsibilities include:
* Converting inquiries into bookings
* Responding to sales inquiries to generate future leads
* Identifying sales opportunities
* Ensuring reservations meet guest expectations with professionalism
* Providing prompt, efficient service maintaining hotel standards
What are we looking for?
* Experience with CRM systems
* Creating Event Sheets
* Professional telephone manner and communication skills
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
