Your impact
As our Night Shift Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire factory operation during the night shift, including production, warehouse, hygiene, and team management, ensuring everything runs smoothly overnight.
Responsibilities:
* Lead all night shift operations and act as the senior decision-maker during this time.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, technical, and health & safety standards.
* Resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth production flows.
* Meet performance KPIs such as output and attendance.
* Coach and develop your team to foster a high-performance culture.
* Collaborate with day shift leadership and other departments.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
About you
* Experience managing night shift teams in food manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
* Holds a minimum of HACCP Level 3 certification; familiarity with compliance, audits, and lean manufacturing is advantageous.
* Proactive, confident leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
* Strong problem-solving skills; calm under pressure.
* Organized, proactive, and adaptable to shift work and change.
