Job Description As an integral part of the HR Services Team, the postholder will provide a comprehensive and customer focused administration service supporting the end-to-end employment journey. You will support timely and efficient recruitment processing activities; with a continuous improvement mindset and candidate experience centered approach. Essential Criteria
1. Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English & Math¿s with relevant admin experience (to include dealing with confidential records) OR A minimum of 2 years relevant admin experience OR A minimum of an HNC/HND or equivalent in an HR discipline
2. Experience of using MS Office Packages
3. Experience of managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload
Desirable Criteria
4. Minimum of 1 years¿ experience working in an HR environment
5. Experience of providing advice and guidance to line managers and employees
6. Experience of using a management information system
