Regional Area & Site Manager
Location: Bristol (Fishponds area)
Salary: £42,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday with rotational on-call weekends)

We support a broad range of clients, including major motoring organisations, police authorities, motor dealers, independent garages, crash repair specialists, and the general public. With our continued growth, were seeking a motivated Regional Area & Site Manager to join our Bristol team.
The Role:
As the Regional Area & Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Bristol site, managing a team of recovery drivers and site staff. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to monitor performance and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site. This is a hands-on role where you will also assist with difficult recoveries and act as Incident Manager when required.

1. Lead the training and career development of roadside staff.
2. Ensure all staff have the correct PPE and tooling in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
