Site Manager
Location: Sunderland.
Project Duration: 2 to 3 weeks.
This position involves managing a busy home building site with a number of plots at different stages of construction. The role requires overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Due to the importance of the role, candidates must have relevant new-build residential experience.

* CSCS card
* 3‑day First Aid certificate
