An Assistant Health Club and Spa Manager supports the Spa and Health Club Manager in operations, team management, and training to ensure excellent guest and member experiences while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing daily operations
* Oversee treatments, ensure compliance with legislation and standards
* Manage bookings, payments, and client consultations
* Support team recruitment, training, and motivation
* Help meet revenue and budget targets
* Handle customer feedback for continuous improvement
* Maintain brand standards daily
* Coordinate with other hotel departments
* Ensure friendly, personalized service at all times
* Respond to audits and implement improvements

Candidate Requirements:

* Supervisory experience in the spa industry
* Ability to work under pressure
* Willingness to develop team members and oneself
* Flexible to various work situations
* Ability to work independently and in teams

Preferred:

* Experience in achieving financial targets
