Cook - Part-time
Keenan Recruitment has been retained to recruit for a permanent part-time Cook to work within a Private Nursing Home in Saintfield, Co.Down.
Week 1-3: 2 days per week. Week 4: 3 days per week plus holiday / absence cover as and when required.
Hours of work: 08.45am to 5.15pm
Pay: £14 per hour
Job:
1. Preparation of meals to the required standard
2. Prepare food and cook in a hygienic manner
3. Dispose of waste correctly
4. Ensure cleaning duties are completed daily according to the cleaning schedule
5. To support the Kitchen Assistant with the effective running of the kitchen
Criteria:
6. Level 2 and Level 3 qualification in Food Hygiene
7. Experience of different levels of of food within a Nursing Home environment
