Exciting Opportunity: Business Development Executive - Sales Executive for Event & Exhibition.
Location: On-site at our client based in Warrington, Cheshire.
Salary: £30,000+ up to 40% bonus.
Role: Exhibition Sales Executive.
Role Overview: Your mission will be to up-sell products and services to exhibition customers, ensuring maximum commercial returns and supporting the clients' overall vision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Financial Delivery: Understand products and services, manage sales portfolios, and maximise sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
* Business Development: Identify new revenue opportunities and collaborate with management on proactive campaigns.
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Client Liaison: Provide outstanding customer service and ensure satisfaction with venue requirements.
* Compliance & Corporate Initiatives: Adhere to company policies and support broader NEC Venue and Group Sales strategy.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience: Ideally 2 years in a sales and service environment.
* Technical Skills: Previous experience in a contact centre or telephony role is preferred.
* People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and negotiate.
* Personal Traits: Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive "can do" attitude.
* Team Player: Willing to collaborate and share knowledge across the organisation.
