Join to apply for the Site Manager (Cover) role at Westney Consulting Group. Location: Pershore, Worcestershire. Units: 34. Rate: £220 - £240 per day CIS. Duration: Ongoing cover due to sickness.
The Role
* As an experienced Site Manager you will run the housing development until the Site Manager returns.
* You will be responsible for subcontract trades and labour and manage the whole project within a set build program.
* You will make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
* On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program.
* You will manage health and safety on site. This will involve help identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits.
* You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors.
* As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.
The Person
* It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager.
* It is essential to have an SMSTS and CSCS card.
