Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a unique and prestigious scheme in South Devon.
The project involves the refurbishment and construction of an existing structure, delivered to a high-end, luxury finish. This forms part of a wider multi-phase development, offering long-term, local work on future phases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day site operations
2. Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme
3. Maintain exceptional quality standards, particularly with high-end finishes and joinery
4. Coordinate works within a live, occupied farm and hotel environment
5. Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
6. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
7. Manage programme, logistics, and sequencing of works
Requirements & Experience
8. Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on high-quality construction projects
9. Background with a Tier 2 contractor (preferred over volume housebuilding)
10. Experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or bespoke/high-end builds
11. Strong attention to detail and quality control
12. SMSTS and First Aid at Work (essential)
