Offer description

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Inside Sales Executive to join a growing team within the manufacturing sector. This role focuses on managing inbound enquiries, qualifying opportunities, and converting them into sales while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal Inside Sales Executive will have previous experience working within manufacturing, facilities management, or construction-related industries, and will be confident dealing with technical enquiries and sales processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, building relationships, and driving revenue through proactive sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and website channels.
Qualify customer requirements and identify appropriate products or solutions.
Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales opportunities and orders.
Prepare and issue quotations and proposals in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotes, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
Follow up on quotations and leads to maximise conversion rates.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Work closely with external sales teams, production, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Provide customers with technical product information and guidance where required.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Monitor market activity and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends.
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing sales roles.
Industry background in manufacturing, facilities management, or construction.
Proven ability to convert inbound enquiries into sales.
Ability to understand technical or product-based sales environments.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with technical or engineered products.
Knowledge of industrial supply chains or building services markets.
Experience supporting field sales teams.
