We are urgently recruiting Catering Managers for our client working with schools in the Solihull area. These are part‑time roles on an initial 3‑month contract.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support school kitchen teams
* Manage stock, budgets, and kitchen rotas
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
* Organise meal production to meet school requirements
Qualifications
* City & Guilds Qualification or NVQ in Catering
* Food Hygiene Certificate
* Previous experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role
Key Skills
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Excellent organisation and planning skills
* Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations
* Ability to manage stock, budgets, and rotas
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Location: Solihull area
* Contract: 3 months (part‑time)
