This established organisation has over a decade of experience supplying ceiling tile solutions across the UK. Renowned for its customer-first approach and technical expertise, it supports everything from small product orders to large, complex suspended-ceiling and partitioning projects. Due to continued growth, the business is now seeking a Sales Executive to strengthen the team and meet rising customer demand.
Role
* Manage inbound customer enquiries, providing friendly advice, technical support, and accurate quotations.
* Review drawings and specifications to prepare material take-offs, source pricing, and confirm product availability.
* Recommend suitable systems and value-engineered alternatives to improve cost, efficiency, or lead times.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and contribute feedback to enhance processes and service quality.
The Person
* Previous sales or account management experience.
* Good numerical skills & IT skills
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to work effectively with customers, builders, and trade professionals.
* Proactive, reliable, and team-focused, with a positive attitude and confidence negotiating with suppliers.
* Commutable distance from Cheltenham.
