QA Manager – Food Production
Location: Leeds
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000+ per annum (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and developing the QA team, including recruitment and shift coverage.
* Implementing effective QA processes and quality improvement plans.
* Leading root cause investigations and driving corrective actions.
* Maintaining and improving site quality management systems.
* Promoting food safety and quality culture across all departments.
* Representing the business in customer and retailer meetings.
* Ensuring compliance with customer and site requirements through robust sampling plans.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in FMCG manufacturing (ideally food production).
* Proven leadership skills managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement tools.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining high standards.
