We are instructed on a interim engagement for a Employment Lawyer to join a high-performing in-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to work within a globally recognised brand in a fast-paced, technology-led environment.
The role will focus on business-as-usual employment law matters, including:
* Advising on day-to-day employee relations issues
* Employment contracts, policies and handbooks
* Disciplinary and grievance matters
* Performance management and absence issues
* Support on restructures, redundancies and TUPE-related queries
* Providing pragmatic employment law advice to HR and senior stakeholders
Key requirements:
* England & Wales qualified
* 4–6 years’ PQE
* Trained at a recognised law firm
* Ideally with prior in-house experience, particularly within tech or financial services
* Available to start in January
