Our client is a Main Contractor who are seeking to recruit a Freelance Senior Site Manager/ Site Manager for a new £15M New Build Industrial scheme in Ipswich, you will be reporting directly to a Project Manager.
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Senior Site Manager/ Site Manager to support the Project Manager in the successful delivery of the construction project. The role involves assisting with the coordination of daily site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the build process.
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Access to own vehicle and full UK Driving Licence.
* Able to start Immediately – Monday 06.10.2025
* An Interview will be required before starting the assignment via Teams
