Permanent Cook
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 25 hours per week, term time only
Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible hours to meet service needs
Location: Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Pontardawe, Swansea SA8 4JX
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for children, understanding cooking processes, HACCP, and complying with Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations, maintaining high standards.
Qualifications required include City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or equivalent NVQ Level 2 or 3 in professional catering, and a Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering or equivalent.
Own transport is required and qualifies for the Council's casual car user allowance.
