Labourer/ Cleaner Required
North Cornwall area covering from Bodmin up to Bude
Labourer/ Cleaner required in North Cornwall to work in void social housing properties.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £25,500 per annum plus 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
40 hours a week, Monday – Friday.
LabourerDay to Day:
1. Clearing of building debris during works
2. Assisting trades on site
3. Capable of doing a decent build clean in a completed void (cleaning materials and equipment provided)
Labourer Requirements:
4. Driving licence essential as will have use of a tipper truck for clearances .
5. Good labouring experience preferred
6. Previous experience working within social housing would be beneficial
7. Good attitude
8. Physically fit and able
9. Honest and reliable
10. DBS will be done for successful candidate
