We’re working with a leading residential developer delivering a range of high-volume housing schemes across South Wales. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint experienced Residential Site Managers to oversee developments built using a mix of traditional construction and timber frame methods.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive business with a strong reputation for build quality and internal progression.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee day-to-day site operations from groundwork through to handover\n\nManage subcontractors, site teams, and trades to ensure programme delivery\n\nEnsure all works are carried out in line with H&S, NHBC/Premier standards, and company procedures\n\nMonitor build quality, conduct snagging, and liaise with internal departments and clients\n\nDrive a positive site culture focused on safety, quality, and collaboration\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager in residential housing (50+ units)\n\nStrong knowledge of timber frame and traditional build methods\n\nSMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Site Manager level) certifications\n\nAbility to lead and motivate site teams, manage subcontractors, and meet build programmes\n\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)\n\nCompany car or car allowance\n\nBonus scheme, private healthcare, and pension\n\nLong-term career progression in a growing business\n\nRegional sites across South Wales to minimise travel\n\nIf you’re a driven and experienced Site Manager ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
