Workday HR Administrator, Must have extensive Workday experience!

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Administrator who has a strong hands-on experience in Workday to join a busy HR Operations team. Based in the London office, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee life cycle, ensuring HR processes and data are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle the processing of new hires, leavers, internal moves, and any contractual updates in Workday, making sure all records are kept accurate and up to date
* Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers, assisting with Workday self-service and resolving related queries
* Support day-to-day HR questions and ensure employee files and HR data are properly maintained
* Help with HR reporting and provide administrative support across the HR team as needed
* Own specific HR Operations tasks — such as administering employee benefits or Early Careers programs
* Get involved in HR initiatives and help drive improvements to processes and ways of working
Key Experience & Skills
* Essential hands-on experience using Workday – minimum 1 year.
* Proven experience working in an HR Operations team
* Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR compliance requirements
* Experience in processing contracts on Workday.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and working with HR ticketing systems
