Site Manager – Industrial Build
Suffolk/Cambridgeshire area
Ridgeway & Co are working with an established and reputable main contractor who are seeking a Site Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for the delivery of a new-build industrial project in Suffolk/Cambridgeshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced construction professional to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial work across the East of England.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activity, coordinating subcontractors and trades
*
Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specs, and H&S procedures
*
Monitor site progress and report to the Project Manager and senior team
*
Oversee logistics, deliveries, and quality assurance on site
*
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
*
Maintain accurate site diaries, reports, and health & safety records
Requirements:
*
Previous experience managing industrial, commercial, or steel-frame projects
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid qualified
*
Strong organisational and leadership skills
*
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage tight programmes
*
Full UK Driving Licence
