Consistent experience in D&B projects, ideally including Care Homes is required, although experience of new build schools, student accommadtion, housing & retirement is also considered. Strong client facing skills are required, as this forward thinking, well regarded and very busy Contractor currently enjoys 80% repeat business and has a well deserved reputation for treating it's employee's extremely well.
