Site Manager – Office Fit-Out (Derby) We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an office fit-out project in Derby. This role will involve managing site operations and overseeing a high volume of variations on an active commercial refurbishment. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of site operations * Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site * Managing and pricing a high number of variations (VOs) * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard * Maintaining site records, RAMS and site documentation * Liaising with clients, project managers and suppliers * Ensuring health & safety compliance across the project Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects * SMSTS certification * First Aid at Work * Strong experience managing variations (VOs) * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to manage fast-paced office refurbishment projects Project Details: * Location: Derby * Sector: Commercial / Office Fit-Out * Start: Immediate / ASAP * Rate: Competitive (depending on experience) If you are an experienced Site Manager with strong commercial awareness and fit-out experience, we would like to hear from you.
