What's the role about?

Sales Executive - Full time, Field-based

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000 per annum (up to £28,800 OTE) + Citroen Berlingo van + Incentives

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Bournemouth, Southampton, Salisbury, Portsmouth & surrounds.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Visiting independent and convenience stores across your territory
2. Representing Molson Coors (beer & beverages) and Haribo (confectionery)
3. Building strong relationships with store teams
4. Promoting new products, placing in-store displays, and ensuring strong brand visibility
5. Supporting stock levels and availability
6. Driving product sales through education, visibility, and store engagement
7. Collaborating with a supportive team and sharing best practices

What We’re Looking For

8. Recent graduate or career changer eager to break into sales, marketing, or FMCG
9. Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships
10. Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
11. Passion for learning and developing a career in sales
12. Full UK driving licence for at least one year (essential - company van provided)

In return we will offer you

13. £24,000 per annum + 20% KPI-based bonus opportunity (up to £28,800 OTE)
