Description Sales Executive – Join a High ‑ Energy, Customer ‑ Focused Sales Team! Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a sales ‑ driven environment? Do you enjoy building relationships, presenting great products, and creating unforgettable customer experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our vacation ownership products in a professional, ethical, and structured sales environment. Whether engaging with customers face to face or via online platforms, you’ll play a key part in driving sales performance while delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Executive, you will: Sell vacation ownership products through a structured, compliant, and ethical sales presentation. Deliver engaging member updates, both face ‑ to ‑ face and via Microsoft Teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with members, owners, and guests to create trust, rapport, and confidence in our products. Meet and exceed sales efficiency targets (including volume per guest). Complete all required Company training and compliance programmes. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and professional standards. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about sales and love working with people. You’ll be a great fit if you bring: Qualifications & Experience No formal qualifications required Experience in a sales ‑ driven environment is preferred Fluent English (written and verbal) Reasonable numeracy skills Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions Key Skills & Abilities Ability to conduct yourself professionally and ethically at all times Strong IT skills, including confidence using online conferencing platforms and delivering presentations Ability to perform well in a busy, high ‑ energy environment with frequent interruptions Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally Working Hours You will work 40 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
