A site manager will be required for a major residential development in Hertfordshire, which is about to commence shortly.
This exciting new project will see over 400 no apartments and 40 no 3 storey townhouses over the next 4 years.
Reporting directly to a Project Director, you will be responsible for delivering townhouse successfully and safely
Your Skills and Attributes will include
• A minimum of 8 years Site Management experience on traditional housebuilding.
• Academic and / or Trade Background welcome.
• Driven to complete all finished townhouse to the highest standards prior to handing over to customers.
• Proven experience of managing sub-contractors along with holding weekly meetings.
• Ability to work to specifications and drawings.
• Understanding the importance of correct QA procedures are how to maintain them.
