The Advocate Group is partnered with a premium coffee brand, known for its heritage, innovation, and presence in high-end hospitality venues across the UK. They are looking for a Quality Manager to provide technical support to On Trade customers. This person will be responsible for fitting, removing and troubleshooting the equipment while providing a high quality level of service to the customer.
Responsibilities will include:
* Installing equipment at relevant locations.
* Identifying potential venues through leads generated by the commercial teams
* Responding to equipment repair requests and auditing at required sites
* Removing equipment from establishments that are not meeting performance expectations
* Becoming the equipment expert for your region and assisting in developing the commercial teams' abilities to diagnose and address equipment faults
About You:
* Clean UK driving license is required
* Experience within a hands on job is desired (Bar work, Barista ect)
* Passionate and driven to learn new skills
* Strong communication and people skills
* Highly organised and good time management
* Great team player and culture add
