Core Activities (Shared between Customer Service Managers):
* Centre Health & Safety: Support the General Manager in ensuring the health and safety of the Leisure Centre facilities, ensuring safe working practices and compliance with legislation, including The Health & Safety at Work Act and COSHH Regulations.
* Pool Plant Operation: Support management of the pool plant, ensuring maintenance and KPI checks are undertaken regularly.
* Supervision: Supervise KPIs and daily tasks, ensuring facilities are safe, clean, and fit for use. Report accidents, hazards, and maintenance issues promptly.
Resource & Scheduling Management:
* Support staffing of lifeguard and customer service teams, ensuring shifts are proactively managed.
* Assist with processing payroll and managing absences.
* Support recruitment, training, and induction of staff.
Leisure Centre Operations:
* Assist with purchasing, stock control, and retail operations.
* Ensure cash reconciliation and customer service excellence.
* Handle enquiries, bookings, and customer feedback.
* Work flexible shifts, including early/late shifts, to cover operational hours.
* Support lifeguard training and maintain records.
Corporate Responsibilities:
* Promote Halo Leisure's policies on safeguarding, diversity, and inclusion.
* Manage resources and uphold best practices.
* Stay updated with professional trends and developments.
