The ideal candidate will have a strong record of performance and solid international HR experience, particularly in the UK, France, Germany and the UAE.ResponsibilitiesManage Human Resource systems, processes and initiatives for the international teamsDevelop and implement recruiting systems and processes for each international regionUnderstand the business and advise on potential impact of proposed actions on the company’s HR systems, culture and overall employee moraleProvide coaching and counsel to managers on effective employee relationsServe as internal consultant to managers and advisor/mediator in employee situationsImplement HR plans and policies for each international regionDevelop and manage international salary and benefits programsEnsure legal compliance in all HR-related areas.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or greater in related field7-10 years of experience in HR, with the majority outside of the USMust be able to communicate clearly in EnglishBasic aptitude in French and/or GermanExcellent organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work well within a teamGood business acumenHR experience within a manufacturing environment preferredSFE is a drug-free company
