Role Description
The Hotel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Telford. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, building client relationships, following up on leads, creating sales presentations, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will represent the hotel at networking events and promote the brand to attract corporate and leisure clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or Sales Management tools
Knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques within the hospitality industry
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
Familiarity with the Telford or local hospitality market is a plus
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
